The certified organic estate extends over 170 hectares of which 17 are vineyards for the production of Chianti Classico, 10 hectares of olive groves, and the remaining woods. The vineyards are located in five different areas around the central core of the Castle at altitudes ranging from 300 to 500 meters above sea level.
